These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Glue, the mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by Glue ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Glue.
You retain ownership of the recommendations, lists, photos, and other content you save or share ("Your Content"). By posting Your Content, you grant Glue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate and improve the Service — including showing it to the friends or contacts you choose to share it with.
Glue ranks recommendations by how often and how recently they're recommended by people in your network. We do not accept payment to boost, sponsor, or otherwise promote a business, product, or listing above another in your catalog.
Businesses may claim and manage a profile on Glue. Claiming a profile does not entitle a business to preferential placement in any user's catalog or search results.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is." Glue is not responsible for the accuracy of recommendations made by users, nor for the quality of any business, product, or service recommended through the app. To the extent permitted by law, Glue's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which for most users is $0).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via the app or email.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Glue collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Glue is built around private, trusted sharing — we design our data practices around that principle.
We use your information to operate the Service: sync your catalog across devices, show you recommendations from your network, enable sharing, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data.
Glue does not run third-party advertising and does not use your saved catalog or contacts to target ads to you.
Your private catalog stays private until you choose to share a list, item, or your full catalog via a link or with specific contacts. Business profile owners can see aggregated, anonymized recommendation counts for their own business — never the identity of individual users.
You can delete individual saved items, or your entire account and all associated data, at any time from Settings. Deleted data is removed from our systems within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@gluecatalog.com to exercise these rights.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, and limit internal access to personal data on a need-to-know basis.
Glue is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
